Wendy (she/her) is the torchbearer
behind Foyer Lavande, a hearth-centered communal home in Vermont rooted in compassion, restoration, and shared growth. As its steward, she cultivates a space where people can land softly, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and learn the rhythms of living in community with intention and care.
She also serves as a guiding force within 50501 Vermont, helping weave together networks of mutual support, political imagination, and grassroots empowerment across the state. Her work there is grounded in the belief that ordinary people - when connected, supported, and inspired - can reshape the systems around them with love and courage.
Spiritually, Wendy walks a path shaped by devotion to the Goddess in her many faces. Artemis and Aphrodite guide her through the wild and the loving - the protector’s fierce clarity and the healer’s radiant compassion. Yet it is Brigid and the Cailleach who hold her most deeply in this moment. Brigid’s fire, craft, and inspiration kindle her courage and creativity, while the Cailleach’s winter wisdom grounds her, reminding her of the necessary stillness, endings, and transformations that make new life possible. Together, these goddesses shape a practice rooted in ritual, intuition, and a reverence for creation’s cycles - birth, death, renewal, and the sacred work of tending them.
Wendy is a bold-hearted, visionary, a spark that leaps into the darkness to light the way. She is driven by purpose, animated by passion, and unafraid to charge toward what matters. This shows up in her as movement, initiation, and the willingness to take risks in service of something greater. She is a builder of momentum, a carrier of the flame, and someone who chooses action over fear -again and again.
Through her work, her home, and her magic, Wendy strives to help others reclaim their power, find their voice, and step into the futures they long for.
